Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und berätst unsere Kund:innen in allen technischen Fragen rund um die Themen Infrastruktur-Architektur, -Operations und -integration
- Du trägst fundierte Empfehlungen zu Design- / Architektur-Entscheidungen bei
- Du kümmerst dich um den Aufbau und die Integration von Plattformen, Pipelines und anderen Komponenten
- Du erklärst Best Practices und vermittelst sie didaktisch
- Du betreibst Fehlersuche/Debugging effizient und vermittelst das Knowhow hierzu
- Du stellst Dokumentationen, Gits und andere Quellen zusammen, um tiefergehende Fragen zu beantworten
- Du gibst technische Schulungen
- Du berätst und vermittelst beim Umgang mit Drittanbietern / dem Herstellersupport

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufs- und Projekterfahrung
- Du kannst mit breitem als auch vertieftem Wissen über Container- und Cloud-Technologien aufwarten, d.h. insbesondere
- du besitzt technische und praxisnahe Kenntnisse in Kubernetes (oder Vergleichbarem), Linux, einem der folgenden Cloud Stacks (AWS, GKE, MS Azure, OpenStack, CloudStack) sowie Grundkenntnisse in Terraform und Ansible
- Du besitzt ein empirisch-agiles Mindset und ausgeprägten Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in, der/die sich aber auch selbst organisiert und Eigeninitiative zeigt
- Du hast praktische Projekterfahrungen in einem agilen Umfeld wie bspw. einem Scrum-Team oder einem Team, das seinen Workflow mit einem Kanban Board organisiert, gesammelt
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch und Englisch auf Business Level
- Du hast Spaß am direkten Kundenkontakt und bist auch bereit, bei Bedarf vor Ort im Einsatz zu sein

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
