Das Team IT-Projekte ist Teil der IT-Abteilung und besteht aus IT-Projektmanagern, die unsere Fachabteilungen bei der Optimierung und Implementierung von energiewirtschaftlichen Prozessen unterstützen. Sie bilden hierbei die Schnittstelle zwischen der Fachabteilung und unserem IT-Dienstleister.

Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen und beraten unsere Fachabteilungen bei der Analyse, Gestaltung, Optimierung und Implementierung von IT-gestützten Geschäftsprozessen
- Sie kommunizieren regelmäßig mit den Fachabteilungen und den zuständigen IT-Dienstleistern und nehmen die Schnittstellenfunktion wahr
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die projektspezifische operative Steuerung der IT-Dienstleister und Koordination der Anwendungstests bei der Umsetzung sowie die Koordination der Freigabe und Produktivsetzung von neuen Geschäftsprozessen und Softwareanwendungen
- Sie koordinieren das Anforderungsmanagement und führen dieses durch
- Sie überwachen und steuern die Erstellung von Spezifikationen

Es gibt einen zweistufigen Bewerbungsprozess. Das erste Gespräch findet gemeinsam mit dem IT-Leiter, dem Teamleiter IT-Projekte und der Personalreferentin statt. Das Gespräch dauert ca. 1 Stunde und findet via MS Teams statt. Das zweite Gespräch findet persönlich in Schönau statt. Hierbei geht es um einen vertieften fachlichen Austausch und das Kennenlernen des Teams.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
