Was erwartet dich?
- Als Lean Manager (m/w/d) bist du für die Etablierung von Lean Management zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von bauwirtschaftlichen Prozessen verantwortlich
- Du berätst die Projektteams mittels definierter Lean-Standards bei der Implementierung und Anwendung von Lean-Methoden im Rahmen von komplexen Planungs- und Bauprozessen
- Du leitest unter anderem Lean-Workshops und Schulungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Bauingenieur (m/w/d), Architekt (m/w/d) oder Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Bau oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Erfahrungen im Lean Construction Management mit, vorzugsweise als Berater (m/w/d) oder in der Bauleitung
- Du begeisterst dich für Lean, Digitalisierung sowie für Veränderungsprozesse
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte soziale Fähigkeiten aus und punktest durch ein professionelles und empathisches Auftreten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert, eigenverantwortlich sowie durchsetzungsfähig
- Du hast den Kundenwunsch immer im Blick und bist mit dem Herz bei der Sache

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
