DEINE AUFGABEN - HIERFÜR BRENNST DU:
- Du bist ganzheitlich für den Bereich Web Analyse unserer Unternehmensgruppe verantwortlich
- Du optimierst unser Google Analytics 4 Setup und baust es kontinuierlich aus
- Du kümmerst Dich um das Website- und App-Tracking und stehst Deinen Kollegen hier als analytischer Ansprechpartner bei allen Fragen zur Seite
- Du analysierst Customer Journeys und verknüpfst Onsite-Tracking-Daten mit anderen Datenquellen aus der Online-Welt (z.B. CRM-Daten, Produktdaten, etc.), um das Kauf- und Nutzungsverhalten sowie den Conversion Funnel zu optimieren
- Mit regelmäßigen Website-Analysen (Google Analytics und Fullstory) sowie einer A/B Testing Strategie optimierst Du unsere Conversion Rate
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Softwareentwicklung & Marketing und bist für die Umsetzung von weiteren Web & Data Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams verantwortlich – beispielsweise Datenarchitektur, Marketing Attribution oder die Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Marketing KPIs

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Data / Marketing / Web Analyst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position in der E-Commerce-Branche gesammelt
- Du bist fit in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Du liebst Zahlen und begeisterst Dich für analytische Herausforderungen
- Es fällt Dir leicht, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und verständlich darzustellen
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, denkst immer mit und vor allem über den Tellerrand hinaus
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine eigenverantwortliche, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Nice to have: Du bringst bereits Erfahrung mit Online-Datenbanken wie Google BigQuery und Visualisierungstools wie Tableau oder Data Studio mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
