Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter in der Logistik (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du kümmerst dich um die Wareneingangsplanung von Seefrachtcontainern und LKW Ladungen unter Berücksichtigung des Tagesgeschäfts
- Du bist für die Auftragsannahme, -erfassung und -bearbeitung in unseren Logistiksystemen verantwortlich
- Du prüfst und dokumentierst die Lagerbestände
- Du erstellst die Warenausgangspapiere und koordinierst die termingerechte Bereitstellung der Waren
- Du bereitest Kundendaten zur Abrechnung vor und bist für den allgemeinen Kundenservice per
E-Mail und Telefon verantwortlich - Du führst und pflegst Statistiken und bist zuständig für die Vermittlung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, gerne zum/zur Speditionskaufmann/-kauffrau
- Du besitzt fortgeschrittene MS Office Kenntnisse sowie Anwendererfahrung in einem Lagerverwaltungsprogramm
- Du bringst bestens falls SAP Kenntnisse mit
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch sowie gutes Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, Flexibilität, sowie Belastbarkeit und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken gehören zu deinen Stärken

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
