Als Mitarbeiter Kundenservice im Autohaus (m/w/d) bist Du das "Gesicht und die Stimme" unseres Unternehmens. Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und trägst maßgeblich zu unserer herausragenden Dienstleistungsqualität und Kundenzufriedenheit bei. Deine Aufgabe ist es, unser Serviceteam in organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Aufgaben zu unterstützen und unseren Kunden individuell zu betreuen.
Das erwartet Dich als Kundenservice in unserem Autohaus (m/w/d):
- Du gibst unserem Autohaus "Stimme und Gesicht", denn als kommunikativer Mittelpunkt unseres Autohauses bist Du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen
- Als Serviceassistent (m/w/d) arbeitest Du täglich an einer herausragenden Dienstleistungsqualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Du unterstützt unser Serviceteam auch in organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Aufgaben
- Du kümmerst dich sowohl um die Abrechnung der entstandenen Servicetätigkeiten als auch die Herausgabe von Mietwagen an unsere Kund:innen
- Du betreust jeden unserer Kund:innen individuell

Das solltest Du als Serviceassistent (m/w/d) mitbringen:
- Du hast bereits eine Ausbildung zum Automobilkaufmann-/frau oder KFZ-Mechatroniker:in/Mechaniker:in oder ein vergleichbare Ausbildung im Autohaus oder einer anderen Branche absolviert
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kund:innen gesammelt
- Du verfügst über gute rhetorische Fähigkeiten am Telefon
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit EDV und in Ausdruck/Verständigung mit Kund:innen und Hersteller:innen
- Du bist interessiert an Automobilen und begeisterst Dich für erfolgsorientiertes und ambitioniertes Arbeiten
- Du agierst gerne eigenverantwortlich, detailorientiert, gewissenhaft, gründlich und bist bereit Dich vielfältigen Anforderungen zu stellen
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in einem Autohaus gesammelt, vorzugsweise technisch oder als Serviceberater:in und bist mit den Marken und Systemen des Volkswagen-Konzerns bereits vertraut

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
