Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest an Themen in verschiedensten Bereichen, die zum Wachstum des Unternehmens beitragen und eine Veränderung in der Einzelhandelsbranche bringen sollen
- Du hilfst bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung einer strategischen Produkt-Roadmap, die mit der Gesamtstrategie des Unternehmens übereinstimmt
- Du arbeitest mit dem Produktteam zusammen, um die Produktvision und -strategie kontinuierlich zu verfeinern und umzusetzen
- Du definierst und verhandelst OKRs mit den Teamleitern und koordinierst dich mit den übrigen Produktmanagern und Stakeholdern. Zudem arbeitest du täglich mit dem Produkt-, Entwicklungs- und QA-Team zusammen, um unseren Kunden hochwertige Funktionen und Produkte zu liefern.
- Du erstellst, diskutierst und hinterfragst Ideen, Präsentationen, Briefings, Spezifikationen und Tickets. Du wirst in deinen Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf höchstem Niveau geschult.
- Du wirst mit einer Vielzahl von Daten umgehen und deinen Datenscharfsinn, dein evidenzbasiertes Denken und deine analytischen Fähigkeiten schärfen.
- Du wirst an einem breiten Spektrum von Aufgabenbereichen arbeiten können: B2C, B2B, Integrationen, Full-Stack-Produkte

- Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis und Beherrschung von Zahlen und Analysetools, sowie ein tiefes Interesse an der Kunst des Produktmanagements, Tools und Frameworks

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
