Was erwartet dich?
- Du berichtest an den Leiter Produktmanagement, unterstützt uns bei der Pflege unserer Stakeholder-Beziehungen und bist für die Qualität der Onlinekurse bzw. App-Anwendungen zuständig.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Content-Creator (m/w/d) und externen Partnern optimierst du unsere Inhalte und sorgst nachhaltig für die Korrektheit der Inhalte und eine optimale Lernerfahrung für unsere Kunden (m/w/d).
- Du stellst die saubere Umsetzung und Entwicklung neuer Onlinekurse sicher.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass ein enger Austausch mit dem Kundensupport besteht und trägst aktiv zu einem zügigen und reibungslosen 2nd Level Support bei.
- Du prüfst regelmäßig die Aktualität aller Lerninhalte und korrigierst diese bei Bedarf.
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Repräsentation des Unternehmens nach außen und nimmst regelmäßig an Ausbildertagungen, Jahreshauptversammlungen und anderen, strategisch relevanten Terminen bei unseren Kooperationspartner teil.
- Du organisierst Dreharbeiten und sorgst im Vorfeld und vor Ort für reibungslose Abläufe und hochwertige Lehrvideos.
- Du unterstützt uns bei unseren regelmäßigen Monthlies und Quarterlies mit unseren Kooperationspartnern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine akademische Ausbildung und bist bereits mind. 3 Jahre im Produktmanagement tätig.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Online- und Blended-Learning-Angeboten und weißt, wie
man lernfördernde und motivierende Bildungsbausteine gestaltet. - Du hast Erfahrung in der Projektleitung sowie in der operativen Umsetzung und Betreuung erfolgreicher Projekte und kannst entsprechende Projektreferenzen (insbesondere im Bereich Stakeholder-Management) vorweisen.
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität und packst selber mit an. Gleichzeitig delegierst und koordinierst du Aufgaben sinnvoll an das Team und externe Partner und Dienstleister.
- Flexibilität und Ergebnisorientierung zeichnen dich ebenso aus wie deine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Entsprechende Branchenerfahrung sowie SCRUM- und Asana-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
