Was erwartet dich?
- Du kümmerst dich um die Integration, Service und Inbetriebnahme von Telekommunikationslösungen (Deutschland und Region DACH)
- Du bist für Problemanalysen und lösungsorientierte Entstörung von Kundennetzen (z. T. in Rufbereitschaft) zuständig
- Du wirkst bei der Planung und Durchführung von Teststellungen, inklusive der Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen mit
- Du beantwortest technische, systembezogene Kundenfragen
- Du führst Upgrades und Updates in Produktivnetzen durch
- Du unterstützt bei der Auswahl von Produkten und Lieferanten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im gleichen, oder einem ähnlichen Bereich mit und hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium der IT, Telekommunikation, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung z.B. als Elektrotechniker (m/w/d)
- Du bringst theoretische und praktische Erfahrungen in mindestens einer der folgenden Technologien: MPLS (IP/TP), Ethernet, Switching und Routing (OSPF, BGP), Carrier Ethernet, DWDM, TDM, OTN, Unix/Linux
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung aus
- Du bist bereit, alle 1,5 Monate eine einwöchige Rufbereitschaft zu übernehmen, welche nach dem IG-Metall Tarif vergütet wird (Montag-Freitag 16-8Uhr und Wochenende/Feiertage 24 Stunden)
- Du bringst eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft mit, da du ca. 10% deiner Arbeitszeit auf Dienstreise in der DACH Region sein wirst
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift und einen Pkw-Führerschein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
