HR Generalist - Remote (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und leitest der operativen und administrativen Personalarbeit gemeinsam mit dem Führungsteam sowie die Vorbereitung und Durchführung aller Personalmaßnahmen (Teamevents und Mentoringprogramm).
- Du übernimmst den Single-Point of Contact für alle Bewerber:innen und solche, die es werden wollen.
- Du führst HR-Projekte durch und optimierst kontinuierlich die HR-Prozesse.
- Du steuerst und übernimmst eigenständig alle Recruiting-Aktivitäten, wie die Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen und Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen, Zusammenarbeit mit Recruiting-Partnern, Vorselektion, Leitung des Recruiting-Prozesses und Durchführung von Interviews, Erstellung von Verträgen, Leitung und Unterstützung des Onboardings.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Master-Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal sowie mindestens 3-4 Jahre operativer Erfahrung in der Personalarbeit insbesondere im Recruiting mit dem Schwerpunkt im Bereich IT/Software Development.
- Du hast Interesse an IT und Software-Technologien und Erfahrung im Bereich Employer Branding und Personalmarketing.
- Du zeichnest dich durch dein professionelles Verhalten, deine sehr guten kommunikativen Kompetenzen sowie durch dein ehrliches, offenes, motivierendes und empathisches Auftreten auf Augenhöhe mit dem jeweiligen Gesprächspartner aus.
- Du bringst einen sehr hohen Grad an Selbstständigkeit und Engagement, eine detailgenaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie starke Innovationsfähigkeit und Mut auch neue und kreative Wege in der Rekrutierung von Fach- und Führungskräften zu entwickeln, mit.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
