Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle diverser Projekte
- Du behältst über bestehende Projekte stets einen guten Überblick und bist verantwortlich für die Projektkoordination
- Du bearbeitest die kunden- und projektbezogene Administration innerhalb der Unit, bspw. Erstellen von Briefings und Einkauf von Fremdleistungen
- Du unterstützt bei der strategisch-konzeptionellen Beratung, Analyse, Planung, Umsetzung und Controlling von Projekten
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen in englischer und deutscher Sprache

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung (Praktika, Werkstdent/in o. ä.) mit, idealerweise aus dem Marketing-/Agenturumfeld
- Du verstehst Marken gut und hast erste Erfahrung in der administrativen Projektkoordination
- Du bist ein Planungs- und Organisationstalent, bist service- sowie teamorientiert und hast einwandfreie Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel und Power Point
- Du verfügst über erste Branchenkenntnisse, ein gutes Kundengespür gepaart mit Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsstärke
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein souveränes Auftreten aus
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift hast du ebenfalls im Gepäck

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
