Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik als Allrounder (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist DER/DIE ALLROUNDER:IN für die Planung und Umsetzung von Events
- Du unterstützt die Fachplanung von live, digitalen und hybriden Eventformaten - hauptsächlich bei Corporate Events wie Firmenveranstaltungen, Jubiläen, Inhouse Messen, Tagungen etc.
- Du kümmerst dich um den Auf-, Um- und Abbau der verschiedener Techniksysteme (Licht, Rigging, Ton, Video), sowie die technische Betreuung während unserer Veranstaltung
- Du arbeitest hauptsächlich in Baden-Württemberg, aber auch europa- und gelegentlich weltweit
- Du stimmst dich mit Kollegen und externen Partnern über die Umsetzung unserer Aufträge ab
- Du kümmerst dich um die Beschaffung und zeitliche Planung von zusätzlichem Equipment, mit unseren Lieferanten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik (m/w/d) absolviert
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung als Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik, idealerweise mit Spezialisierung im Bereich Video und/ oder Ton und/oder Licht/ Rigging mit
- Du hast idealerweise schon Erfahrung im Umgang mit Recording- und Playout-Systemen, sowie Livestreaming Tool gesammelt
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Office365, optimal Kenntnisse in gängigen CAD Programmen
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B und optimaler Weise Stapler und/oder IPAF-Schein
- Du zeigst die Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten an Wochenenden und Feiertagen und zum Reisen
- Du zeichnest dich durch Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität aus
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
