Projektmanager für Online Marketing (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Abwicklung von Kundenprojekten und -programmen im digitalen Umfeld (Web, Plattformen, Apps, Social Media, Data Analytics, Performance-Marketing)
- Damit bist du Teil des Projektteams unter Berücksichtigung von inhaltlichen, terminlichen sowie finanziellen Aspekten und unterstützt die Projektleitung
- Du leitest kleinere bis mittlere Projekte von der Akquise/Konzeptphase bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung sowie der Generierung von Folgeprojekten
- Du übernimmst die selbständige Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kund:innen in allen Facetten der digitalen Marketingplanung, die Erstellung, Analyse und Präsentation von Reportings
- Du arbeitest eng mit einem interdisziplinären Team aus Strategie, Beratung und Kreation zusammen und beobachtest und analysierst die aktuellen Trends auf dem Digitalmarkt
- Du analysierst die digitalen Kanäle unserer Kund:innen sowie des Branchenwettbewerbs

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Online-Marketing, Medienmanagement, BWL, Businessmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Handling kleiner bis mittlerer Projekte im Agenturumfeld – idealerweise Digitalprojekte
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ausgezeichnetes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie eigenständige, strukturierte und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bringst eine hohe Affinität für Web-Technologien und digitale Produkte mit und arbeitest kund:innen- und zielorientiert
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
