Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust unsere Marken weiter auf und verantwortest die Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des Sales Prozesses von der Leadgenerierung bis hin zum Abschluss neuer Deals
- Du entwickelst zusätzlich gruppenweite Vertriebsstrategien, arbeitest innovative Netzwerk-Formate aus und identifizierst neue Business Opportunities (z.B. Sponsoring von Branchenevents, Kooperationen)
- Du bist für den Aufbau eines hochwertigen Netzwerks mit Kontakten auf C-Level Ebene im Umfeld von digitalen Führungskräften und Senior Expert:innen zuständig
- Darüber hinaus recherchierst du die aktuellen Trends im Digitalbereich, identifizierst relevante Kundenbedürfnisse und Geschäftsfelder, führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und testest dabei die Ideen der Teams und dir systematisch und selbstständig

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
- Du konntest idealerweise erste Erfahrung im B2B Lösungsvertrieb für komplexe (Digital-) Services sowie in der Koordinierung verschiedenster Stakeholder/Kunden sammeln
- Du denkst analytisch und konzeptionell, möchtest etwas bewegen und bist unternehmerisch veranlagt
- Du begeisterst dich für neue Geschäftsmodelle und Trends sowie für den Recruiting Markt und HR Dienstleistungen
- Du bist bereit, Verantwortung für Projekte zu übernehmen und diese voranzutreiben
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
