Kundenservice (w/m/d) Gewährleistung - Baubereich an unserem Standort Hamburg oder Berlin in Voll- oder Teilzeit
Was erwartet dich?
- Reklamationsannahme im Bereich Gewährleistung
- Dokumentation und Erstbewertung der eingehenden Reklamationen
- Selbstständige und verantwortliche Weiterbearbeitung und Verfolgung der Reklamationen durch regelmäßigen Kontakt zu Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Beteiligten
- Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsmängeln in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung/ Qualitätssicherung
- Unterstützung der Abteilung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten
- Unterstützung bei der Prüfung und Erstellung von Rechnungen
- Pflege und Verbesserung der unterstützenden Programme und Prozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich z.B. als bautechnischer Assistent, Bauzeichner oder kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Immobilienkauffrau/ Immobilienkaufmann und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bauorganisation
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Kostenbewusstsein und ein sehr gutes Organisationsgeschick
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, sehr hohe Kundenorientierung und ein souveränes, freundliches Auftreten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
