Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Nutzung von innovativen Marketing Tools bei führenden Energieversorgungsunternehmen in der DACH-Region
- Du verantwortest die Konzeption und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Marketing Automation und Personalisierung
- Du nimmst die Kundenanforderungen auf, erstellst funktionale Spezifikationen und führst entsprechender Marketingmaßnahmen ein
- Du verantwortest die Analyse, Optimierung und Implementierung von spannenden, fachlichen und technischen Konzepten, sowie die Integration von Marketing Projekten (CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Du übernimmst die Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops und Trainings mit unseren Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bezug zur (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Marketing, BWL oder vergleichbarem und bringst mehrjährige Berufs- und Projekterfahrung z. B. in der IT-Beratung oder einer Agentur im Umfeld Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation oder Personalisierung
- Du verfügst über tiefgehende Erfahrung mit Marketingprozessen sowie Marketing Tools wie beispielsweise SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Emarsys oder Salesforce
- Du zeichnest dich durch Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
