- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT, gestaltest bankfachliche und technische Prozesse und arrangierst aufbau- und prozessorganisatorische Themen und bist Impulsgeber:in
- Du arbeitest und leitest strategische Projekte bei namhaften Finanzinstituten, bei welchen du unsere Kund:innen bei der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesslandschaft unterstützt und die Digitalisierung vorantreibst
- Du benennst und quantifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und erarbeitest und begleitest die Umsetzungsmaßnahmen
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Auftragsanbahnung und Planung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs oder eine bankfachliche Ausbildung / Bankfachwirt (m/w/d), kannst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich und/oder in einem Beratungsunternehmen vorweisen und verfügst über umfangreiche Kenntnisse von einem Kernbanksystem in der Kreditwirtschaft (vorzugsweise „OSPlus“ oder „agree21“)
- Du kennst die Abläufe in einem Kreditinstitut und verstehst die daraus resultierenden Anforderungen an die Prozessgestaltung aus Effizienz-, Compliance- und der Risikoperspektive
- Du hast Erfahrungen mit Prozessstandards und kennst bestenfalls „PPS_neo“ oder Vorgangssteuerungen in Kernbanksystemen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, arbeitest zielorientiert, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bist flexibel und bereit zu reisen, ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie strategischen Weitblick und eine konzeptionelle und methodische Vorgehensweise
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (Goethe-Zertifikat C1) und eine empathische Persönlichkeit mit klaren Zielvorstellungen und unternehmerischer Denkweise runden dein Profil ab
- Du besitzt eine positive Einstellung und Freude und kannst durch deine Arbeit unsere Kund:innen begeistern

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
