Was erwartet Sie?
Zum Aufgabenspektrum gehören
- Übernahme der Aufgaben / Position des externen DSB bei Kunden. Hierzu gehört eine Reisetätigkeit zu den Kunden im Umkreis von i.d.R. 100km um Darmstadt (mehrfach monatlich).
- selbständige Durchführung von Meetings beim KundenBestandsaufnahmen, Jour Fixes mit Geschäftsleitung, Workshops mit Fachabteilungen
- Entwicklung von Unterlagen für Kunden, Abarbeiten von ToDo’s
- Beantwortung von Anfragenaus Fachabteilung und von der Geschäftsleitung, von Dienstleistern zu AVVs oder von Betroffenen und gelegentlich von Aufsichtsbehörden
- Dokumentationsaufgaben im Rahmen des Datenschutz-Managementsystems nach unseren Standards auf unserer Plattform
- Pflege des Dokumentationssystems und der Tickets für die ToDo-Liste
- Durchführung von Schulungsveranstaltungen oder Bereitstellung / Anpassung von Schulungen an Kunden über unsere E-Learning-Plattform
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Standards, Prozesse und Vorlagen
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Backoffice

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie waren bislang als interner Datenschutzbeauftragter (m/w/d), Datenschutzkoordinator:in oder Revisor:in in einem Unternehmen aktiv
- Sie haben einen Abschluss im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften, Informationsrecht oder haben Zertifizierungen als Datenschutz- oder Informationssicherheitsbeauftragter (m/w/d) oder in einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
- Sie konnten mindestens bereits 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung sammeln
- Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Wikis, Ticket-Systemen und modernen Kommunikations- und Kollaborationssystemen (Office-Messaging, Workflows) mit
- Sie denken in rechtlichen Dimensionen und bringen ein Technik-Verständnis mit
- Sie sind offen, engagiert und arbeiten gerne im Team
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
