Was erwartet dich?
- Du erarbeitest eigenverantwortlich sowie selbstständig Angebote im Bereich Contracting und sonstigen Dienstleistungen im Bereich Energiedienstleistung
- Du planst, kalkulierst und überwachst Projekte für Versorgungslösungen sowie Kosten (alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI)
- Du unterstützt den Anlagenbetrieb bei der Optimierung der Anlageneffizienz und Ausarbeitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen (Hydraulik, MSR und Wirtschaftlichkeit)
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung innovativer Energiekonzepte im Bereich der regenerativen Energieversorgung u.a. für Kommunen und Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften
- Du präsentierst Lösungen bei Kund:innen bzw. entwickelst individuelle Energielösungen für und mit den Kund:innen, beispielsweise für Fernwärme, Blockkraftheizwerke und Photovoltaikanlagen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen und unterstützt diesen durch deine technisches Know-How

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Energietechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbar, idealerweise auf Grundlage einer Berufsausbildung im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär oder Elektro
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Planen, Kalkulieren und Bauen von haustechnischen Anlagen sowie Energieerzeugungsanlagen mit
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Elektro- und MSR-Technik sowie in der Projektierung von Elektroladestationen
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Kund:innen und bringst eine strukturierte, zuverlässige sowie ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Koordination von Projekten und im Projektmanagement
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit geltendem Regelwerk (Normen, Gesetze, Verordnungen etc.)
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B oder gleichwertig

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
