Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unserer Kältemechaniker (m/w/d) sowie der Mitarbeitenden in unserer Flurförderfahrzeugwerkstatt
- In diesem Rahmen erstellen Sie die Schichtpläne, planen die Bereitschaftsdienste und organisieren die Auftragszuweisung an die einzelnen Mitarbeitenden, auch im Zuge von standortübergreifenden Außeneinsätzen
- Sie überwachen fachlich die vollständige Bearbeitung der Auftragskreisläufe, inkl. Dialogannahme, dabei übernehmen Sie Probefahrten, verantworten die Endkontrolle und stellen sicher, dass die Kälteanlagen fachlich korrekt geprüft sowie gewartet sind
- Ebenfalls übernehmen Sie die fachgerechte und kaufmännische Beratung sowie Betreuung der Kund:innen
- Die Arbeitssicherheit, das Qualitätsmanagement sowie die Einhaltung der Betriebsordnung liegt Ihnen am Herzen und Sie sorgen in diesem Zuge auch für die fachgerechte Abfallentsorgung am Arbeitsplatz

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kälteanlagenbauer (m/w/d) mit und haben ebenfalls eine weiterführende Meisterausbildung abgeschlossen
- Ebenso verfügen Sie über einschlägige Fachkenntnisse und können diese produktiv im Arbeitsalltag einbringen
- Sie besitzen einen LKW-Führerschein, die Befähigungsscheine Kältemittel sowie die nötigen Herstellerschulungen. Sollte dies nicht vorhanden sein, unterstützen wir Sie gerne bei dem Erwerb der Qualifikationen
- Sie pflegen eine proaktive, vorausschauende Kommunikation sowie einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und Kolleg:innen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
