Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust unseren Kundenstamm in deinem Reisegebiet und begeisterst neue Kundschaft von unserem Unternehmen und unseren Produkten
- Du unterstützt im Rahmen der Kundenberatung fachlich in Sortiments- und Marketingfragen
- Du konzipierst Produktschulungen, führst diese vor Ort durch und begleitest aktiv unsere Produktneueinführungen
- Du trägst maßgeblich zur Erstellung des Budgets für dein Verkaufsgebiet bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene augenoptische Ausbildung und verfügst idealerweise über mehrjährige Außendiensterfahrung im Vertrieb komplexer Produkte
- Gerne geben wir auch Berufseinsteiger:innen aus der Augenoptik eine Chance
- Du zeigst ein repräsentatives Auftreten, ausgeprägtes Präsentationsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, dich flexibel auf Menschen und Situationen einzustellen und den richtigen Ton zu treffen
- Du denkst und handelst unternehmerisch und schätzt eine selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
