Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind das Bindeglied zwischen der Filiale und der Gebietsleitung, leiten selbstständig die Filiale und steuern eigenverantwortlich sämtliche Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erreichung der getroffenen Zielvereinbarungen und setzen unser Vertriebssystem konsequent um
- Sie stellen die fachliche Einarbeitung sowie die persönliche Integration von neuen Mitarbeiter:innen sicher und verkaufen aktiv unsere Standardprodukte und Dienstleistungen sowie die unserer Verbundpartner
- Sie bauen eine persönliche und vertrauensvolle Geschäftsbeziehung zu Ihren Kund:innen auf, führen Kundenbedarfsanalysen durch und bereiten sich entsprechend auf die Beratungsgespräche vor, wobei Sie auch für die aktive Neukundenakquisition zuständig sind
- Sie führen standardisierte Bonitäts- und Kreditwürdigkeitsprüfungen durch und arbeiten eng mit den anderen Vertriebseinheiten zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine Bankausbildung, über einen vergleichbaren Abschluss, sind vertriebserfahren und verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit entsprechendem Erfolgsnachweis
- Sie beherrschen die Bankstandardprodukte, insbesondere in den Bereichen Bausparen, Versicherungen und Kredite und besitzen gute Kenntnisse im Investmentgeschäft, im Aktien- und Rentenhandel sowie in deren steuerlicher Behandlung
- Sie sind Vorbild für Ihr Team und verfügen über die Fähigkeit, Ihre Mitarbeiter:innen erfolgreich zu führen und zu motivieren
- Sie haben ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Spaß am ergebnisorientierten Arbeiten, wobei Sie auch flexibel im Umgang mit Kund:innen sind und sich schnell auf verschiedene Kundentypen einstellen können
- Sie nutzen aktiv das bedarfsgerechte Cross-Selling und erreichen die mit Ihnen vereinbarten Ziele
- Sie sind Veränderungsprozessen gegenüber aufgeschlossen
