Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten und betreuen unsere Privatkunden ganzheitlich und bedarfsgerecht in allen Finanzfragen
- Sie bauen eine persönliche und vertrauensvolle Geschäftsbeziehung zu Ihren Kunden auf und laden sie regelmäßig zum Beratungsgespräch in die Filiale ein
- Sie besprechen im Beratungsgespräch die persönlichen Ziele und Wünsche des Kunden und erfassen mit ihm gemeinsam seine aktuelle Finanz- und Lebenssituation
- Sie stellen dem Kunden anschließend seine persönliche Finanzübersicht mit allen wichtigen Informationen und Daten zusammen und bieten ihm auf dieser Basis passende Angebote an und schließen diese ab.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine Bankausbildung oder über einen vergleichbaren Abschluss, sind vertriebserfahren und verfügen über praxisbezogene Berufserfahrung mit entsprechendem Erfolgsnachweis
- Sie beherrschen die Bankstandardprodukte, insbesondere in den Bereichen Bausparen, Versicherungen und Kredite und besitzen gute Kenntnisse im Investmentgeschäft, im Aktien- und Rentenhandel sowie deren steuerliche Behandlung
- Sie haben ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Spaß am ergebnisorientierten Arbeiten
- Sie sind flexibel im Umgang mit Kund:innen, können sich schnell auf verschiedene Kundentypen einstellen, telefonieren gerne und verfügen über einen sehr guten sprachlichen Ausdruck
- Sie nutzen aktiv das bedarfsgerechte Cross-Selling und erreichen die mit Ihnen vereinbarten Ziele

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
