Consultant Digitized Processes (w/m/d) für Human Capital Management
Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst und verbesserst Geschäftsprozesse
- Du nutzt Geschäftsprozess-Tools und vorgefertigte Best Practice-Referenzmodelle in Workshops, zur Prozessvisualisierung und Dokumentation
- Du erarbeitest nach einem standardisierten Verfahren mit den Fachexperten des Kunden (m/w/d) Anforderungsspezifikationen für die Konfiguration des Zielsystems und Vorgaben für kundenspezifische Zusatzentwicklungen sowie Integrationen
- Du definierst geeignete Testfälle
- Du übernimmst das Design, die Konfiguration, die Personalisierung und das Testing der Geschäftsprozesse im Unternehmenssoftwaresystem: Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle NetSuite ERP, heterogene Systeme
- Du konzipierst Datenmigrationen und unterstützt uns im Transformationsprozess, in der Datenbereinigung (Data Cleansing) und der Migrationsdurchführung
- Du unterstützt uns im organisatorischen Change Management und übernimmst die Planung sowie Durchführung von Trainings- und Coaching-Maßnahmen
- Du unterstützt bei Bedarf den Kunden (m/w/d) in der Betriebsphase, Lösung von Anwendungsproblemen und Beseitigung von Systemfehlern sowie laufende Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Systems

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationswirtschaft, BWL mit IT-Affinität, Informatik mit BWL-Affinität oder Quereinsteiger mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Praxiserfahrung
- Du bringst fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und idealerweise Anwendererfahrung im Bereich Personalmanagement (HCM) mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch einen verantwortungsbewussten Einsatz digitaler Technologien und der AI mit dem Ziel der Schaffung nachhaltiger humaner Anwendererlebnisse aus
- Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Abstraktions- und Strukturierungsvermögen mit
- Du bist sorgfältig in der Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Präsentationsunterlagen
- Mobilität in der Projektarbeit im In- und Ausland rundet dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
