Für unser Vertriebsteam im Bereich Aftermarket unserer Industrial Air Filtration suchen wir einen motivierten und dynamischen Vertriebsingenieur (m/w/d), welcher aus dem Homeoffice heraus unser starkes Händlernetzwerk vom Nordosten bis in den Südosten Deutschlands sowie in Österreich betreut und weiterentwickelt.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Ihr Vertriebsschwerpunkt liegt auf dem Aftermarket des Bereiches Industrial Air Filtration im Nordosten und Südosten Deutschlands, sowie in Österreich
- Sie sind für die selbstständige Organisation, Planung und Verwaltung aller Vertriebsaktivitäten mit den Ihnen zugeordneten Kund:innen und Distributoren zuständig
- Sie erarbeiten nach umfangreicher Einarbeitung zum Verständnis unserer Prozesse und Produkte für unsere Kund:innen geeignete Lösungen
- Sie stellen durch regelmäßigen Kundenkontakt, schnelle und professionelle Reaktion auf Anfragen und Beschwerden, Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Leads die Kundenzufriedenheit sicher
- Sie tragen gemeinsam mit Ihrem internationalen Team zu einem beständigen und rentablen Umsatzwachstum bei, bauen unser Händlernetzwerk weiter aus und überzeugen neue Kund:innen von uns
- Sie pflegen Ihre Aktivitäten und Verkaufschancen in unser CRM-System, um Planung, Berichterstattung und Prognosen zu ermöglichen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit qualifizierender Berufserfahrung
- Sie besitzen idealerweise fundierte Berufserfahrung im Außendienst in einem industrienahen internationalen Umfeld
- Sie sind extrovertiert, haben Spaß am Vertrieb und zeichnen sich durch Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke sowie hohes Engagement und Selbstständigkeit aus
- Sie besitzen fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse aufgrund der Internationalität des Unternehmens

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
