Was erwartet dich?
- Konzeption und technische Planung für Präsenz- und virtuelle Formate inhouse und bei hybriden Events / Konferenzen inkl. Prüfung der Räumlichkeiten
- Einrichtung, Betreuung und Inbetriebnahme von Medientechnik (Videotechnik, Infrastruktur) inkl. Auf- und Abbau
- Abstimmung mit allen anderen projektbeteiligten Gewerken
- Planung von angrenzenden Gewerken wie Stromversorgung und Netzwerk
- Übernahme der sachkundigen Leitung bei Veranstaltungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung ist wünschenswert
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Medien-, AV- und Netzwerktechnik
- Gute Kenntnisse der PC-Anwendungen des MS-Office Pakets
- Kenntnisse des Warenwirtschaftssystems EasyJob von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse des CAD Programms Vector Works von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft sowie Flexibilität für die branchenüblichen unregelmäßigen Arbeitszeiten und Arbeiten am Wochenende Gutes Deutsch sowie gutes Englisch, jeweils in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke, dienstleistungsorientiertes Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und Belastbarkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
