Business Development Manager für Nachhaltigkeit (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln kundenorientierte, marktgerechte und skalierbare Lösungen, die unseren Kund:innen bei der Erreichung ihrer Nachhaltigkeits-Ziele unterstützen
- Sie konzentrieren sich auf die Entwicklung nachhaltiger IT-Lösungen für Banken und Bankkund:innen, insbesondere (Weiter-)Entwicklungen von IT-Plattformen
- Sie unterstützen die Abteilungsleitung beim Aufbau der Abteilung zur strategischen, prozessualen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung des (neuen) Geschäftsfelds Nachhaltigkeit
- Sie analysieren regelmäßig den Markt hinsichtlich Trends, Neu-/ Weiterentwicklungen und regulatorischer Anpassungen
- Sie sind an haus- und verbundweiten Projekten zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit beteiligt

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit und/oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik, Innovation, Entrepreneurship
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Development und/oder in der Beratung zu Themen Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation, IT-Plattformen, agiles Projektmanagement
- Sie sind in der Lage, Geschäftsideen zu entwickeln und am Markt zu platzieren (Start-up-Mentalität)
- Sie können Prozesse und komplexe Sachverhalte optimal strukturieren und Lösungsentscheidungen aufbereiten, Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (z.B. Scrum, PMI, IPMA) sind von Vorteil
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich ESG und IT und interessieren sich für aktuelle Entwicklungen
- Sie verfügen über unternehmerisches Denken, eine selbständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Sie sind ein Innovationsträger, eine kreative und proaktive Persönlichkeit, die Freude am gemeinsamen Erfolg im Team und an der Arbeit mit Kund:innen hat

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
