Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist DER/DIE ANSPRECHPARTNER:IN unsere Kund:innen für den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
- Du bist für die Annahme, Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen und Serviceanfragen via Ticketsystem und Telefon zuständig
- Du führst alle Fehleranalysen und Fehlerbehebungen, remote über Teamviewer durch
- Du bist für die Verwaltung und Administration von Microsoft Clients- und Serversystemen verantwortlich
- Du betreust die Standard-Applikationen wie z.B. Microsoft Office-Produkte
- Du arbeitest eng mit Deinem Team, gemeinsam an Lösungen für unseren Kundenkreis, welcher sich aus alle Branchen und Unternehmensgrößen zusammenstellt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT (z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder Informationstechnischer Assistent (m/w/d)) oder hast im Bereich IT studiert
- Du kommst frisch von der Ausbildung oder hast schon erste Erfahrungen im Bereich - Dann bist Du bei uns herzlich willkommen!
- Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Client-Betriebssystemen
- Du besitzt grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich IP-Netzwerke und Server
- Du hast bestenfalls Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hyper-V, NAS-Systeme, Backup-Lösungen und IT-Sicherheitsprodukte
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und zeichnest Dich durch lösungsorientiertes Denken, Kundenorientierung sowie Spaß am Kundenkontakt aus
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
