Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Optimierung der User Experience unserer neun internationalen Online-Shops, immer mit dem Ziel, die Conversion Rate zu optimieren
- Du erstellst Umfragen- und Testkonzeptionen für Research-basiertes UX-Management unter Einsatz qualitativer und quantitativer Verfahren
- Du entwickelst datenbasierte Empfehlungen für neue Funktionen, Features und User Flows und erstellst interaktive Prototypen
- Du führst Benchmark-Analysen und Trendbeobachtungen mit Schwerpunkt UX und E-Commerce durch
- Du arbeitest in einem crossfunktionalen und agilen Scrum-Team und stimmst dich bei komplexen Zusammenhängen mit allen beteiligten Stakeholdern ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Human-Computer Interaction, Usability & User Experience, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich UX-Research sammeln und hast eine Leidenschaft für Research-basiertes UX-Design sowie erste Erfahrung im E-Commerce
- Du besitzt sehr gute Methodenkenntnisse in der Durchführung von Usability Studien und ein routinierter Umgang mit Google Analytics und/oder anderen Analysetools
- Du hast Kenntnisse in den gängigen UX-Tools und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
- Du hast ein gutes Auge für Design, ein technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit beides in Lösungsvorschlägen zu kombinieren

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
