Du lernst die unterschiedlichsten Projekte in den Bereichen Banken, Versicherungen, Automobilbauer und -zulieferer, Handelshäuser sowie IT-Unternehmen von der Strategie über die Konzeption bis hin zur organisatorischen und technischen Umsetzung kennen.
Im Bereich Financial Service unterstützen wir Banken, Versicherungen, Unternehmen am Kapitalmarkt, FinTechs und Rechenzentren bei den Herausforderungen, in einem sich sehr schnell verändernden Markt erfolgreich zu sein. Bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Lösungen ist unsere, auch branchenübergreifende, Expertise in der Digitalisierung einer von vielen Schlüsseln zum Erfolg.
Im Bereich Financial Service unterstützen wir Banken, Versicherungen, Unternehmen am Kapitalmarkt, FinTechs und Rechenzentren bei den Herausforderungen, in einem sich sehr schnell verändernden Markt erfolgreich zu sein. Bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Lösungen ist unsere, auch branchenübergreifende, Expertise in der Digitalisierung einer von vielen Schlüsseln zum Erfolg.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verstärkst unsere Projektteams bei Kund:innen vor Ort, überwiegend deutschlandweit
- Du berätst unserer Kund:innen aus dem Finanzsektor von der Strategie über Prozesse bis hin zur IT-Umsetzung
- Du arbeitest bei der Entwicklung innovativer Themen und Lösungen bei unseren Kund:innen mit
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Erstellung von Angeboten, Präsentationen und Vorträgen
- Du übernimmst Arbeitspaket- / Projektverantwortung in erfolgskritischen Kundenprojekten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit sehr gutem Erfolg, idealerweise Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Banking oder Finance, alternativ über ein sehr gutes abgeschlossenes Studium anderer Fachrichtungen
- Du konntest bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanz, Versicherungs- oder Beratungsbranche sammeln
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine IT-Affinität und dein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Kreativität und Pragmatismus aus
- Du punktest durch eine hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Reisebereitschaft
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
