Was erwartet dich?
- Vertrieb unseres Produkt- und Dienstleistungsportfolios inkl. Produktpräsentation
- Aufbau und Pflege der Beziehungen zu Neukunden
- Hauptsächliche Betreuung der Kunden im Inside Sale (per Telefon, E-Mail oder andere digitale Kanäle)
- Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit ausgewählten Partnern
- Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse
- Ausschöpfung der Umsatzpotentiale und Steigerung des Auftragseinganges
- Teamorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit allen Mitarbeitern:innen
- Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder überzeugst uns von Deinem Talent – Quereinsteiger willkommen!
- Du besitzt eine technische Affinität und hast Interesse an IT
- Du kannst hervorragend selbstständig, organisiert und eigenverantwortlich arbeiten & bist außerdem ein Teamplayer (m/w/d)
- Du bist eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, die überzeugt und komplexe Lösungen anschaulich vermitteln kann
- Du bist in der Lage, Kunden zuzuhören, ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen und passende Lösungen anzubieten, denn Kundenorientierung und Kundenzufriedenheit stehen für Dich im Fokus
- Du kannst Präsentationen unter Nutzung aller technischer Möglichkeiten vorbereiten und eigenständig halten
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse mit IT-Produkten und Dienstleistungen
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und kannst gelerntes schnell Umsetzen
- Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Vermarktung und Positionierung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen im Bestands- und Neukundenumfeld

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
