Was erwartet dich?
- Du prüfst Eingangsrechnungen und überwachst das Verbuchen von Rechnungsbelegen im weitgehend automatisierten Rechnungseingangsbuch unseres Cloud-Buchhaltungssystems Netsuite
- Du prüfst und buchst Geschäftsvorfälle in unserem Expense- und Reisekostenabrechnungssystem Spendesk
- Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei der Erstellung von Berichten
- Du bist Ansprechperson für deine Kolleg:innen im Büro, um grundlegende buchhalterische Fragen zu beantworten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Du kannst idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Controlling vorweisen und Buchungen mit Kostenstellen sind dir vertraut
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, strukturiert und deine bisherigen Arbeitskolleg:innen konnten sich auf dich verlassen, sowohl in deiner pünktlichen Erscheinung als auch in deiner qualitativ hochwertigen Arbeitsweise
- Du bist lösungsorientiert und hast Spaß an der Arbeit in einem schnell wachsenden Team, in dem Prozesse und Tools noch im Aufbau sind
- Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse und freust dich, diese auch anzuwenden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
