Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst und begleitest Führungskräfte in personellen und arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
- Du stellst reibungslose Abläufe aller operativen Personalprozesse sicher
- Du gestaltest und optimierst pro-aktiv unterschiedliche Personalthemen, -prozesse und -tools
- Du bereitest und koordinierst Personaleintritte, Onboarding, Versetzungen bis hin zu Beendigung und Offboarding vor
- Du planst und setzt persönliche Einzelmaßnahmen um und bereitest und führst Personalgespräche durch
- Du kommunizierst und arbeitest konstruktiv mit anderen Unternehmensbereichen und dem Betriebsrat zusammen
- Du führst Projekte innerhalb der Abteilung durch und wirkst an übergreifenden Projekten mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss und mindestens 3 Berufserfahrung
- Du interessierst dich für moderne Personalarbeit und treibst Veränderungen mit Leidenschaft voran
- Du verfügst über Fachkompetenz, erprobtes arbeitsrechtliches Wissen und Feingefühl, um Fragestellungen zu analysieren, Maßnahmen abzuleiten und umzusetzen
- Du hast Kenntnisse über das Betriebsverfassungsrecht und findest pragmatische Lösungen im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Du kommunizierst vertrauensvoll und authentisch und bist in der Lage dein Verhalten entsprechend der Situation und den Ansprechpersonen anzupassen
- Du verfügst über eine sehr gute Selbstorganisation, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit dem PC sowie gängigen MS-Office Produkten und hast die Fähigkeit digitale Prozesse aufzusetzen und zu strukturieren
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
