Als Team Lead der Creative Strategy bist du für unser Herzstück verantwortlich, nämlich innovative Ads und Ad Konzepte zu gestalten und das Führen eines Teams aus Copywriting Spezialist:innen, die noch einiges von dir lernen möchten.
Du übernimmst hauptsächlich die drei Kernbereiche: Führung & Management des Teams, Betreuung von 2 bis 3 operativen Kund:innen und fachliche & prozessuale Weiterentwicklung des Departments.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst & iterierst Prozesse im Department
- Du führst Feedback-Gespräche und hast immer ein offenes Ohr für deine Team-Mitglieder:innen
- Du spürst neue Trends auf und bist bereits im Copywriting und Performance Marketing sehr bewandert, dieses Wissen gibst du an dein Team weiter
- Du recherchierst die Zielgruppe und analysierst die Probleme, Sprache und Bedürfnisse und erstellst die Skripte für Content Creator
- Du bist im ständigen Austausch mit deinem strategischen Projekt Lead als Sparringpartner
- Du stellst Hypothesen mit dem Creative Team auf, diskutierst Reportings und entwickelst mit dem Team die Konzepte weiter

- Du hast bereits mindestens ein Jahr lang ein Team geführt und kannst dadurch konstruktives Feedback geben und dein Team motivieren
- Du zählst Copywriting, Storytelling und Marketing zu deinen Stärken
- Du bringst Kenntnisse im Arbeitsalltag einer Agentur mit oder hast bei einer Brand (vorzugsweise im eCom Bereich) bereits Ähnliches gemacht
- Du bewahrst in stressigen Situation einen kühlen Kopf

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
