Was erwartet Sie?
- Projektkalkulation von Bauvorhaben im Bereich Spezialgerüstbau/Brückengerüste
- Technische Beurteilung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Projekten mithilfe von Vor-Ort-Begehungen, Aufzeichnungen und Plänen
- Berücksichtigung von Spezialanforderungen, wie z. B. Verkehrssicherungen, Flussüberquerungen oder zusätzliche Abdichtungen
- Ermittlung von Kostenrisiken und Ausarbeitung von Alternativen und Lösungsvorschlägen
- Ausarbeitung von Nachtragskalkulationen
- Mitarbeit im Rahmen der Auftragsbeschaffung
- Erstellung und Fortschreibung von Übersichten als Kalkulationsgrundlage

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- 5 bis 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter oder Kalkulator (m/w/d), insbesondere im Bereich Spezialgerüste, Brückengerüste, Hängegerüste etc.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Leistungsverzeichnissen und deren Interpretation sowie ausgeprägte Kenntnisse der gängigen Rechtsnormen (VOB, BGB etc.)
- Räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und ganzheitliches, strukturiertes Denken
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft im gesamten Bundesgebiet

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
