Was erwartet dich?
- Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich der Medizintechnik mit Schwerpunkt elektronische Geräte, komplexe Instrumente und Sterilprodukte
- Ermittlung des Ressourcenbedarfs und aktive Begleitung und Unterstützung der Projekte
- Kontinuierliche Nachverfolgung der Zeitpläne, Kosten und Qualitätsanforderungen
- Eigenständige und effiziente Bearbeitung von komplexen Arbeitspaketen und Post-Market Produktänderungen unter Berücksichtigung von regulatorischen Standards
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an den Director R&D und die Geschäftsleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizintechnik, Elektronik, Informationstechnologie oder gleichwertige Qualifikationen
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von (vorzugsweise aktiven) Medizinprodukten
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten
- Erfahrung in Standard-konformer Entwicklung (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 60601-1, IEC 62304) und Kenntnisse in der technischen Dokumentation nach MDR EU 2017/745
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
