Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst auf Basis der Unternehmensstrategie Konzepte und Projekte für das Supply Chain Management
- Du bist in mehreren, spannenden Projekten in den Bereichen Dispo, Lager, Inbound, Outbound, Versand, QC, Customer Service, Product Compliance tätig
- Du initiierst und erarbeitest Projektstrukturpläne (Termin, Ablauf, Budget, Risikobewertung, Qualitätsmanagement etc.) und deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung
- Du definierst das Projektziel, Budgets und die Termine und Planung der Teilprojekte inkl. der Projektschritte
- Du koordinierst und motivierst das Team, legst Verantwortlichkeiten fest und verteilst Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst das Messen, Controlling und Reporting von Fortschrittsberichten und Nachkalkulationen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Global Director sowie weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen abgeschlossenen Bachelor in BWL mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder in (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder SCM
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Logistik, Supply Chain und Projektmanagement mit sowie im Versand und Transportmanagement
- Du verfügst über Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Führungskompetenz, Kritik- und Konfliktfähigkeit
- Du hast praktische Erfahrungen mit PRINCE2 oder vergleichbaren Projektmanagementmethoden wie z.B. PMBOK
- Du wirst sowohl intern als auch extern auf Deutsch kommunizieren, unter anderem mit Partnern, Lieferanten und Kunden
