Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die kaufmännische Erfassung und Abwicklung von Reklamationsfällen
- Du entwickelst Lösungsansätze für nationale und internationale B2B-Kund:innen
- Du setzt rechtliche Vorgänge um und stehst in Kontakt zu Behörden
- Du kümmerst dich um die Abwicklung von Schadensfällen
- Du unterstützt bei der Prozessoptimierung von Serviceabläufen und betreust telefonisch B2B-Kund:innen
- Du verhandelst mit Lieferant:innen und identifizierst Kulanzlösungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel (m/w/d) oder als Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d)
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Reklamationsfällen
- Du sammelst mit fundierten Kenntnissen in MS Office sowie Technikaffinität Pluspunkte
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine serviceorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
