Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen eine qualitätsgerechte Serienfertigung vom Entwurf bis zur Erstmusterfreigabe sicher und legen den Umfang von Bemusterungen fest
- Sie sind für die Durchführung und Bewertung der Qualitätsvorausplanung sowie die Planung und Sicherstellung der Erstbemusterung der Zulieferteile zuständig
- Sie sind für das Mitwirken oder Prüfen von QM-Prüfplänen, QM-Prüfanweisungen und QM-Prüfablaufplänen sowie die Planung und Überwachung der Qualitätsanforderungen an die Zulieferteile verantwortlich
- Sie führen Risikoanalysen oder Prüfungen wie FMEA durch, arbeiten im Qualitätsteam mit und pflegen die Produkt- und Q-Dokumentation des prozessorientierten Managementsystems
- Sie unterstützen den Einkauf bei der Lieferantenauswahl und -bewertung, wirken in der Qualitätsplanung zur Spezifikation vor, während und nach der Vergabe sowie in der Abstimmung von Mess- und Lehren-Planungen mit
- Sie führen Prozessabnahmen bzw. Prozessaudits nach VDA Band 6 Teil 3 durch und wirken bei Kundenaudits zur Sicherstellung der Serienqualität der Zulieferteile sowie bei Korrektur- und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, einen Industriemeister, Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie von 2 bis 5 Jahren, vorzugsweise im Qualitätswesen, sowie Erfahrungen im Bemusterungsprozess von Neuteilen nach VDA, idealerweise Interieur
- Sie besitzen im Idealfall Erfahrung in der Auditierung von Lieferanten, Sie haben Kenntnisse zu gängigen Qualitätsmethoden (PPAP, FMEA, SixSigma, BeOn, APQP) und eine Reisebereitschaft von ca. 15 % mit Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Motivation, Teamfähigkeit, proaktives und selbstverantwortliches Handeln sowie eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie zeigen sicheres, freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen, haben gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen und sind ein Organisations-/ Koordinationstalent
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
