- Sie koordinieren die Instandhaltung und Modernisierung von Liegenschaften, Bauwerken und Anlagen
- Sie überwachen und rechnen Bau- und Dienstleistungen ab
- Sie unterstützen bei der Beauftragung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Auftragnehmern und im Nachtragsmanagement
- Sie überwachen Kosten, Termine und Budgets
- Sie stimmen sich mit Behörden, Versorgungsträgern, Mieter:innen und Dritten ab

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen, der Instandhaltung, Facility Management, Hoch-/Tiefbau, Wasserbau o. ä. mit
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder der Architektur oder alternativ eine Ausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d) mit geeigneter fachlicher Ausrichtung
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse bei der Überwachung von Baumaßnahmen und Dienstleistungen seitens des Auftraggebers
- Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, können selbständig arbeiten und besitzen sehr gute Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeiten
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MS-Office und sind aufgeschlossen gegenüber neuen IT-Anwendungen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
