Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich das Projektmanagement von Großprojekten ab 50ha von der Flächensicherung bis zum Satzungsbeschluss
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Team für die Bauleitplanung zusammen und beauftragst und managst Planungsbüros und Fachdienstleister:innen
- Du übernimmst die Standortidentifikation und -bewertung auf Zuarbeit des Akquiseteams
- Du managst Kontakte mit den genehmigenden Behörden, Gemeinden und sonstigen Stakeholdern
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest Projektunterlagen sowie Genehmigungsunterlagen
- Du stimmst dich mit dem Netzteam zum Netzanschluss ab
- Du stimmst baureife Projekte mit EPC und Bauteams ab
- Du führst Junior Mitarbeiter:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung idealerweise in der Projektplanung, Projektentwicklung oder mit Landschaftsbau-Projekten im Außenbereich mit
- Du hast ein Studium der Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Erneuerbare Energien, Architektur, Landschaftsplanung, Agrarwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du bist kommunikativ, ein Teamplayer (m/w/d) und arbeitest stets strukturiert
- Du kannst flexibel und schnell auf wechselnde Problemstellungen reagieren
- Du zeichnest dich durch Enthusiasmus für Erneuerbare Energien aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
