Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen und entwickeln Ihr Team, bestehend aus erfahrenen Beratern (m/w/d)
- Sie sind für die Leitung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Implementierungsprojekten auf der Kundenseite verantwortlich
- Sie übernehmen die Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern auf C-Level
- Sie reporten wichtige Projektereignisse
- Sie betreuen die Anbahnung, Planung, Optimierung und Einführung von (IT)-Service-Management-Prozessen
- Sie begleiten aktiv die Veränderungsprozesse unserer Kunden
- Sie sind zuständig für Projekt- und Kostencontrolling
- Sie unterstützen in der Neukundenakquise

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung, fachlich und führend, in der IT-Transformation
- Sie haben sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
- Sie bringen Bereitschaft und Flexibilität für bundesweite Reisen mit, je nach Kundenanforderung
- Sie überzeugen durch fundierte Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Enterprise Servicemanagement (ESM), IT-Prozesse, IT-Organisation, IT-Strategie und IT-Sourcing mit
- Sie besitzen Zertifizierungen wie ITIL, PRINCE2 und DevOps

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
