Was erwartet dich?
Als Consultant nimmst du dich direkt den konkreten Problemen eines Kunden an und gehst im Team spannende Herausforderungen an. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört:
- Du wirkst in Kundenprojekten mit, z. B. mit dem Fokus SCM, Einkauf, Produktion und Lean Management.
- Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse bei unseren Kunden.
- Du erkennst und benennst Optimierungspotenziale und unterstützt die Implementierung dieser direkt beim Kunden.
- Du übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung für Aufgabenpakete.
- Du bereitest Projektergebnisse strukturiert, verständlich und visuell ansprechend in MS Office Anwendungen auf.
- Zudem gestaltest Du unser Unternehmen mit Deinen Ideen und Visionen aktiv mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Du hast gerade dein Studium abgeschlossen oder bist fast fertig und möchtest das Gelernte direkt in der Praxis umsetzen und an der Erschaffung neuer Strukturen mitarbeiten? Das bringst du mit:
- Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse
- Praxiserfahrungen durch Praktika, idealerweise Projekterfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Automotive
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, selbstbewusstes Auftreten und die Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte zu vermitteln
- Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität und hohe Lernbereitschaft

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
