Was erwartet dich?
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für (Groß-) Projekte bei Infrastrukturbetreibern wie bspw. Eisenbahnen zur betrieblich-wirtschaftlichen Optimierung des Einsatzes von Technologien
- Beratung und Coaching unserer Kunden in den Bereichen Technologiestrategie und Technologie-/Innovationsmanagement sowie Organisation
- Steuerung auch von größeren Projektteams und Wahrnehmung der Projektkommunikation über alle hierarchischen Ebenen hinweg mit Einbindung aller relevanten Stakeholder inkl. politischer Gremien
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungen (Beratungsleistungen) für zukünftige unternehmerische Herausforderungen der (potenziellen) Kunden von quattron inklusive Sicherstellung des Aufbaus von methodischem sowie fach- und branchenspezifischem Wissen und Beratungskompetenz
- Eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Durchführung von komplexen, technologisch anspruchsvollen Projekten einschließlich Steuerung des Berater- und/oder Kundenteams
- Marktbearbeitung, Akquisition und Kundenentwicklung in den strategischen Themenfeldern von quattron
- Übernahme von Accountverantwortung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium eines technisch-, naturwissenschaftlich- oder betriebswirtschaftlich-geprägten Studiengangs
- Du konntest mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Consulting oder einem beratungsintensiven Beruf sammeln, idealerweise im strategischen Topmanagement Consulting oder in der Bahnbranche mit Technologiebezug
- Du besitzt technische Grundkenntnisse und eine hohe Affinität für Informationstechnologie, Telekommunikation, Steuerungs- und Sicherungstechnologie, Leit- und Sicherungstechnik oder Netzinfrastrukturen
- Du bringst fachliche Expertise in den Bereichen Strategie- und Organisationsentwicklung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertungen sowie im Projektmanagement mit
- Du besitzt eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten sowie Einfühlungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du überzeugst mit deiner Motivation, deinem Engagement, deiner ausgeprägten Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke, Ehrgeiz sowie Freude am Reisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
