Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere
- Kaufmännisches Vertragsmanagement für gewerblich genutzte Flächen im Hafengebiet Frankfurt am Main (Gutleuthafen und Osthafen)
- Verwaltung des Immobilienbestandes und Objektbuchhaltung in SAP
- Abwicklung von Grundbuchangelegenheiten
- Datenerfassung und -pflege in IT-Systemen
- Telefonische und schriftliche Kontakte mit Mieter:innen, externen Dienstleistern, Behörden

Sie bringen mit
- Mindestens 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der gewerblichen Immobilienvermietung oder Liegenschaftsverwaltung
- Immobilienfachwirt (m/w/d), B.A. im Immobilienmanagement oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) bzw. Immobilienverwalter IHK (m/w/d)
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel; Erfahrungen mit SAP RE/FX wünschenswert
- Textsicherheit, Routine im Umgang mit juristischen Fachtexten und Verträgen
- Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit, Zahlenaffinität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
