Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten als IT Projektmanager:in die Planung, Koordination und erfolgreiche Ausführung unterschiedlichster IT-Projekte im Hinblick von Zeit, Budget und Ressourcen.
- Sie identifizieren Projektrollen und Verantwortlichkeiten, führen Schulungen durch und unterstützen den Einkauf bei Vertragsverhandlungen mit Dritten.
- Sie erarbeiten Projektstrukturpläne und stellen sicher, dass die Rechts- und Beschaffungsprozesse der Unternehmensgruppe sowie Standards und Richtlinien eingehalten werden.
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner für interne und nominierte Drittparteien, berichten von Projektergebnissen und dokumentieren diese.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement von IT Projekten und konnten idealerweise schon Erfahrungen in Softwareeinführungen (z.B. SAP, Salesforce) sammeln.
- Sie bringen Fachwissen im Bereich komplexer Projektsteuerung mit sowie Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Methoden wie Scrum, PRINCE2 oder agilen Methoden wären wünschenswert
- Sie sind kommunikativ, teamfähig, besitzen eine ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenz und weisen eine selbstständige, strukturierte sowie gezielte Arbeitsweise auf
- Sie sind zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen bereit
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
