Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche, organisatorische und disziplinarische Führung der über 100 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Abrechnungsprüfung für gesetzliche Krankenversicherungen sowie den Informationsfluss und die Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
- Sie überprüfen die bedarfsgerechte Personaleinsatzplanung und -steuerung
- Sie gestalten aktive und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklungen der Geschäftsprozesse und Arbeitsabläufe
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die Qualität der Abteilung unter Berücksichtigung der qualitativen und quantitativen Kundenanforderungen eingehalten wird
- Sie übernehmen die Kennzahlen- und Ergebnisverantwortung
- Sie kommunizieren mit Auftraggebern und Kundenfachbereichen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung und haben mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung entweder im Gesundheitswesen in einer Führungsposition oder in der Leitung von größeren Teams in anderen Branchen
- Sie haben über mehrere Jahre erfolgreich Mitarbeiter geführt, motiviert und entwickelt
- Sie haben tiefgehende Erfahrung in der Analyse von Kennzahlen und Performance eines Teams
- Sie bringen idealerweise Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitsmarktes und GKV Umfelds mit
- Sie zeichnen eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln aus
- Sie haben eine selbstständige, initiative und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
