Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele in Bezug auf Umwelt, Gesundheitsschutz und Arbeitssicherheit mit
- Du übernimmst die Funktion als Sicherheitsfachkraft sowie Störfall- und Immissionsschutzbeauftragter (m/w/d)
- Du leistest Behördenmanagement, unterstützt Fachabteilungen und erwirbst behördliche Genehmigungen
- Du pflegst und entwickelst ein wirksames integriertes Managementsystem auf der Basis von DIN ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
- Du kooperierst mit den HSE-Abteilungen auf BU-Ebene und leitest/koordinierst die Umsetzung von HSE BU-Programmen am Standort
- Du übernimmst die Funktion des Security-Beauftragten und koordinierst den Werkschutz
- Du leitest den Management-Notfallbereitschaftsdienst
- Du leitest Unfall-/Beinaheunfallanalysen, berätst in Präventionsmaßnahmen, konzipierst und setzt Arbeitsschutzkampagnen um und organisierst den Arbeitsschutzausschuss

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast erfolgreich ein Studium in den Bereichen Chemie, Physik, Ingenieurwesen abgeschlossen
- Du hast Weiterbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft absolviert
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse der einschlägigen rechtlichen Vorschriften insbesondere BlmSchG
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen EDV-Systemen und Datenbanken
- Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Du bist kommunikativ, hast ein sicheres Auftreten und du denkst lösungsorientiert
- Du arbeitest proaktiv, vorausschauend und selbständig, mit hohem Gestaltungswillen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
