- Du analysierst und reparierst unsere E-Bikes fachgerecht
- Du dokumentierst Servicefälle und Reklamationen in unserem System
- Du sorgst für eine termingerechte Abgabe von Werkstattarbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist sehr gut ausgebildet als Zweiradmechaniker (m/w/d), Zweiradmechatroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Du hast sehr gute Produktkenntnisse im Bereich Fahrräder und E-Bikes
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Leistungselektronik, E-Motoren etc., jedoch nicht zwingend notwendig
- Du bist akribisch, strukturiert, eigeninitiativ und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du bist begeistert für Fahrräder und E-Mobilität sowie E-Bikes
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
