Deine Mission
- Du bist ein People Manager, der das Softwareentwicklungsteam führt und als Mentor und Coach agiert und organisierst Tech-Talks
- Du arbeitest aktiv mit dem Team zusammen, um deine Roadmap umzusetzen
- Du sorgst für die Qualität unserer Codebasis durch Code-Reviews, Testautomatisierung und andere Qualitätskontrollen
- Innerhalb deines Teams förderst du den Wissensaustausch und hilfst bei der Identifizierung von Entwicklungsbedarfen
- Du bist für die technischen Services deines Teams verantwortlich, indem du Softwareänderungen und Prototypen entwirfst und testest
- Zusammen mit dem Product Owner organisierst und leitest du unsere agilen Sitzungen wie Dailies, Planning, Review und Retro
- Mit dem Product Owner baust du Prototypen, bewertest Ergebnisse aus Experimenten und leitest daraus technisch skalierbare Lösungen ab
- Gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen findest du technisch übergreifende Lösungen für eingehende Produktanfragen

Deine Skills
- Du wohnst aktuell in Deutschland
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in der Informatik, bist Ingenieur oder hast eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder konkrete Erfahrung
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Hands-on Erfahrung als Software-Entwickler in der Produkt-Entwicklung, präferiert Python und/oder gängigen Frontend-Technologien
- Du hast erste Erfahrung sammeln können oder möchtest deine ersten Schritte gehen in der Führung von Developern in agilen und interdisziplinären Product Teams
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Services, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld
- Du bist ehrgeizig, motiviert, achtest auf Details, stellst Gegebenes in Frage und entwickelst dich selbst kontinuierlich weiter
- Du hast Start-up Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit ist deine Superkraft und du bist offen für einen (virtuellen) Feierabenddrink

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
